STAN-SSH standard reference aluminum mirror

A standard mirror is a standard specular reflection reference used for reflectance measurement. The STAN-SSH standard reflector of Wenyi Optoelectronics is made of highly reflective Al material by thermal evaporation, which can provide a wide spectral range of UV visible near-infrared (200-2500 nm) with a high reflectivity of over 95%.

High reflectivity surface

The Wenyi Optoelectronics standard high specular reflectance standard plate can be used to measure the reflectance of photosensitive substrates, optical coatings, machined metals, semiconductor materials, and other materials. It serves as a reference for objects with high specular reflectance values on their surfaces. The reflectivity at a wavelength of 250nm-800nm is around 85% -90%. The reflectivity of 800-2500nm ranges from 85% to 98%.

The mirror surface has a protective film

The aluminum mirror surface is specular reflection, and the fused silica coating on the mirror surface prevents the aluminum mirror surface from oxidation.

* Precautions for use

When setting a high reflectivity benchmark, STAN-SSH standard reference aluminum mirror can be used;

• STAN-SSH aluminum film is protected by a layer of fused silica coating. Users should be careful when using it to ensure that the standard surface is not damaged. Do not touch the surface with your hands or objects to avoid contamination and damage. When cleaning the surface of STAN-SSH, first blow off the dirt and dust on the surface with high-pressure gas, and then use the traction cleaning method to remove fingerprints and fixed residues on the surface. The traction cleaning method is to slowly pull the lens surface with lens paper dipped in acetone or alcohol. Then drag it unidirectionally on the mirror surface, and let it dry naturally afterwards. Usually does not require wiping. After the solvent evaporates evenly, it will not leave any tailing or stains on the surface of the lens;

The exposed metal layer is very clean and precise, and cannot be cleaned using this method. Fingerprints and dirt can permanently damage it, so users must be very careful when operating STAN-SSH to extend its lifespan.
